This working cattle ranch has been in the family for well over 100 years.  The ranch is located just 15 miles SW of Graham, Texas in North Central Texas and 16 miles west of Possum Kingdom Lake. The ranch has as its southern boundary, 3 miles of the Clear Fork of the Brazos River.


The 1,858 acres includes 65 acres of cultivation, 67 acres of seeded Rangeland & wildlife pasture mixture, 67 acres of Coastal Bermuda and 1,659 acres of native pasture. This ranch will accomodate approximately 125 animal units.  Timber on the ranch includes Live Oaks, Post Oaks, Pecan, Elm and Cottonwood.
